Florian is a friend to all. So are we!
Florian started with Steven Ebbens and his conviction that horse nutrition can be more natural, easier to understand and, above all, closer to horse and rider.
Today there's a whole team around Florian. People with different talents, but with one thing in common: we'd rather be among horses and people than behind a desk.
You'll find us at the yard, on the road, at stockists and at events in the Netherlands and Belgium. We listen, observe, advise, organise, create, improve and above all love to roll up our sleeves.

Founder
Steven — the driving force
Founder, horseman and pretty much everywhere at once. Steven is the founder of Florian and has an inner drive that's nothing short of impressive. Always thinking about how things can be better, smarter or nicer for people and animals alike. One day at the table talking about new feeds, the next day on a stable visit and then off again to an event somewhere in the Netherlands or Belgium. Sitting still isn't exactly his speciality. Besides a thriving equestrian business at home, he has overall responsibility for our partners.
Strategy & marketing
Chanti — the team yard manager
Strategy, marketing & everything in between. Chanti looks after Florian's strategic marketing and meanwhile tries to keep the whole team yard together. From new ideas and campaigns to the website, product range and plans for tomorrow and the years ahead: when a lot of threads come together, chances are Chanti is somewhere in the middle.
Office & support
Wytske — an eye for the finer details
Arranging, taking things off your plate and spotting what others miss. Wytske makes sure all her teammates can work smoothly. She arranges, supports and takes care of things, with a special talent for detail. Where someone else thinks ‘I think we're done’, Wytske often spots that one last little thing.
Region West
Jacco — our salesman and occasional office tiger!
Region West & mostly on tour. Yep, Jacco. Now and then our office tiger, but mainly on the road. He manages region West and does so with enormous passion. Yards, customers, stockists: Jacco knows them and they know Jacco. So there's a good chance you won't find him at the office, but somewhere among the horses.

Marleen — our diamond in the North
Feeding advice & region North. Driven, committed and always willing to think along. Marleen wants just one thing: for horses to thrive as well as they possibly can. She knows her region, knows her customers and above all loves to take the time to hear the story behind a horse.
Feeding advice, South & Belgium
Anouk — our structured and passionate saleswoman
Feeding advice with a heart for horses and people. Anouk works for our customers in the south of the Netherlands and in Belgium. Like Marleen, she'd rather be out and about than sit behind a desk all day. Hardly a day goes by without her seeing or speaking to a horse and its owner. Exactly the way we like it. A great combination of fresh energy and a wealth of knowledge she's picked up since childhood.

Socials, creative & the Florian feeling. Eefje and Karel make sure Florian looks the way Florian feels. They manage and create for our socials, translate ideas into visuals and make Florian life a little more beautiful every single day.

Pieter — our digital sleuth
SEO, SEA, GEO, newsletters & words. Pieter tries to make sure you can find Florian not only in the horse world, but also in that wondrous digital world. SEO, SEA, GEO, you know the drill. And if not, no problem: Pieter does! He also looks after our newsletters and helps get our knowledge and stories to the right place.

Everything around Team Florian. Our ambassadors need someone who's there for them too, of course. That's Tess! She keeps in touch, keeps the lines short and helps our ambassadors tell the Florian story together with us.

Erwin — behind the scenes
Logistics & making sure it arrives. Because all those great plans are nice, but in the end the bags simply have to end up in the right place. With you! That's why we have Erwin for all our logistical hustle and bustle. And we're very happy about that.
