Working at Florian

Are you studying marketing, communication, events, Creative Business, Business Economics or something similar, and looking for an internship where you truly become part of the team? Then we may have a place for you in our team stable. Florian Horsefood is on the move. We develop horse feed, build our brand, create campaigns and content, visit yards and stockists, and turn up at all kinds of events in the Netherlands and Belgium. In short: plenty to do, to learn and to come up with.

What will you do?

That depends partly on your course and on what gets you excited. We actually enjoy discovering together where your talent lies. You could, for example, help with:-Social media and coming up with and creating content-Marketing campaigns and product launches-Photography, video and other creative content-Website, newsletters and online marketing-Ambassadors and partnerships-Preparing and organising events-Activations and promotion at events-Communication with customers and stockists-Commercial projects and new ideas-Reviewing results: what works, what doesn't and what can we do even better?Got a good idea that isn't on this list? Bring it on.

Events? Then you're coming along.

A lot happens outside the office at Florian. From equestrian events and trade fairs to stable visits, photo shoots, partnerships and other activities in the Netherlands and Belgium. Are events your thing? Then you can be involved from the first idea to the execution: organising, planning, communicating, promoting, arranging materials and, of course, being there when it actually happens. So you don't just see how something is dreamed up. You experience how it comes to life.

Who are we looking for?

Above all, someone who is keen to learn and to get stuck in. You're curious, enthusiastic, not afraid to take the initiative and you enjoy being part of an active team. You really don't need to be able to do everything yet; that's what an internship is for, after all. A love of horses is of course a big plus, but not a requirement for every internship. A good feel for marketing, communication, organising or entrepreneurship interests us at least as much.

What do you get from us?

Definitely not an internship where you watch from the sidelines. You'll get guidance from our team, room to develop yourself and the chance to discover different sides of Florian. You'll work on real projects, and your ideas can actually be put into practice here. As for your office location, we'll look together at what works best in practice. We have options in:-Hilvarenbeek -Dordrecht -DeventerDepending on your internship and tasks, you can also partly work from home, and you'll regularly be out and about visiting yards, customers, photo shoots or events. Does your school require a research project, a participation assignment or a specific internship assignment? We're happy to look at that together too. Ideally we choose something that you learn a lot from and that is genuinely useful to Florian.
